Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. No-Shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this policy helps us respect the time of both our clients and team.
